Every time he speaks, it's in that tone of voice. He is beginning to sound threatening & he is now giving orders.
Each day, he is displaying more of his "I WON' attitude. At times, even implying that he will put the full force of his office behind his demands.
What will he do if the majority does not agree with him & won't listen???
