There are fringe elements in every movement... look at you!
But MOST libertarians I know are FINE with laws against rape, robbery, burglary, assault, fraud, murder, et cetera. AS LONG AS it’s a REAL CRIME, with a REAL VICTIM. Malum in se not merely malum prohibitum. Because the latter is ALWAYS used by the “ruling class” to do two things and two things only: CONTROL the “lower classes” and RAISE REVENUES by taxation, levying fines and confiscating property... which is the whole purpose of the war on some drugs... and has been from its inception back a hundred years ago.
