The Obama Administration announced today a $1 tax for each exhale a person performs. (/sarcasm)

About 2% of CO2 greenhouse gases are manmade. Termites, mammals, volcanoes and rotting vegetation are some of the other many many sources.

I own a couple CO2 related domains. I would lover to publish satirical websites lampooning the climate change mania. I do not have time to do my own writing.

Any talented Freeper writers up to the task?

Sounds like violation of CO2 control regulation(s) may be the way by which we ultimately reach ‘standing’ before SCOTUS. Preferably a ‘class’ action in the challenge of eligibility of the ruler(s), and the hoax of the science.

That would be ironic. But freedom will already be lost, regardless of the outcome, if that's the contortions one has to go through.

Science. How can anyone trust any science theory? All those science lovers sort of stfu when the global warming BS is brought up. Their high and mighty scientific method really ensured that global warming was for real. LOL

Hi -

I don’t know if I’m a particularly talented author, but I might see if I can work up an article or two.

These fools will strangle the economy. This crap will guarantee a depression. Those RINOs in the Senate better wake up. Carbon dioxide is a pollutant. This is nuts!

I strongly suggest contacting your Congress critters about this global warming scam, the damage high energy prices will do to the economy and Obamacare's rationing of healthcare. Keep each contact, email, snail mail and phone call, to one topic. Add more topics as appropriate.

For those of a more scientific bent than I ...
I remember the oxygen cycle from high school freshman general biology. As we try reduce carbon dioxide in our atmosphere, how will vegetation be impacted? Trees, shrubs, et al. And how will our oxygen be replenished? If I remember correctly, I have to ask: do the climate warming enthusiasts really want to kill trees and reduce our oxygen?

2% of CO2 of a gas that is .03% of earth’s atmosphere. It is not this trace gas that is warming the earth.

From the comments at the end of the article: One day a couple of Democrats were talking, and one said, "Gee, it's too bad we can't tax air."

And the other said, "Hey ... that gives me an idea!"

Pretty much sums up the article. Fudge the data to support the theory, scare the masses: The scam of the millennium.

They want to kill individual liberty, and make us slaves/subjects of the state. IMHO, they are the new tyrants.

Tofu makes you fart. Farts are mostly methane which is a much more potent green house gas than CO2.

The solution is simple, kill all Tofu eaters. That will eliminate Berkley and most of Harvard and Yale and Oxford.

Problem solved!

Hmmm...I'm about 190 lbs and my carbon content is calculated at 18% for a total of 34.2 lbs on average. Let's say 35 lbs on a good day. Lately I've been experiencing heavy breathing usually alleviated by expletives while watching the news but off set by periods of holding my breath while reviewing the changes in the stock market and my holdings.

Looking at the figures, it seems to me that my H2O and NH3 output may outweigh my carbon output on any given business day or when congress is in session. It puts my mind at ease that so far this comparison hasn't been subjected to scrutiny before the Ways and Means Committee or the EPA. Taxation of this sort ought to be discouraged but if discovered would solve the national debt much to our discomfit.

I need a beer before congress convenes again.
