What time did you show up? I got there at 2:30 or so and found over twenty people already there with lots of signs and probably 10 large American flags, plus a guy with a loud speaker system. Peak crowd was about thirty people I think. I don’t think you could have missed us if you were in the right place. We were right on the NE corner of US 1 and Oakland Park Blvd. We stayed until about 4:30 or so.
We were there at 2:00 p.m., when we thought it was to begin, and drove around the mall for about five minutes. We then drove up to the Target Plaza in Pompano thinking that the address might have been wrong since one of the addresses I found mentioned “Target Plaza” though in the community it’s called “Coral Ridge Mall.”
I think a little more publicity would help a lot, as the Fort Lauderdale Tea Party not listed in some of the Tea Party listings.
Hopefully, we’ll be able to participate next time. Do you think there will be another any time soon?
