Good article.
Another interesting read is on the blog of a retired NASA scientist who thinks
much of NASA’s global warming advocacy was that NASA was anticipating getting a number missions to put up “global warming research” satellites.
He specifically discusses Hansen’s hype. (incidentally NASA got something like 118 such missions authorized — don’t know how many have been done)
