I am sure that buring the American flag violates Clean Air Act standards but I do not recall anyone ever being prosecuted. Matter of fact the ACLU claims to do so would violate first amendment guarantees. Same should apply here...dump away!

Actually, burning the flag is much worse than tea dumping because it releases DREADED CARBON into the atmosphere and causes the world to come to an end!!!!!!!!! /s
