I hate to see one industry have to universally object to this, but the doctors have to take a stand. They shouldn’t have to be forced. This is outrageous.

Not just doctors- everyone in the health systm

and plenty of dutiful clerks to report dissidents to the government

outlawing moral conscience - NOT above obamas pay grade

To force a doctor or nurse to participate in an abortion procedure that is against that doctor’s or nurse’s religious conscience has to be un-constitutional. It is tantamount to forcing that person to preform an act forbidden by the person’s religious beliefs. There are plenty of other places to get abortions, so we wouldn’t be limiting a woman’s ability to choose death for her baby.

Making a devout Muslim or Jewish federal prisoner eat pork has been ruled by our courts as wrong, isn’t a forced participation in an act equivalent to human killing even more wrong?
