His wife did the politician wife thing for 16 years for him and he loves her, and Laura wanted the house in Dallas. It was her turn to get what she wanted.
Like Nancy Reagan wanted the house in the Pallisades, while Reagan loved the ranch in the sky. Was Reagan a poser?
