I don’t believe this overly excitable mental midget for a second.

I actually wish they would vote on the AW ban again.
I loved it in 1994. Sometimes people need to be jerked out of their slumber.

I think it's clear the Bush administration didnt do that. - Pelosi Thanks for the sound-bite Nan. We'll use it every time you say things like, "financial crisis", "foreclosue explosion", "credit crunch" and "bank failures".

They’re against the AWB like they’re against the Fairness Doctrine. They don’t support either of them... because they’ve figured out a way to screw law abiding Americans EVEN MORE!

She’s got dog looks and dog instincts.
She knows guns are a charged third rail. She’s got other things to piss on.

So far it looks like the average amount of time between when a bill becomes public and when it is voted on in the House is about two days. I wouldn't be surprised to see some gun control regulation go even faster. They don't want to give the grassroots opposition to their tyranny any chance to build. Even though Pelosi has thrown some cold water on gun control for now it could still be passed as soon as tomorrow afternoon.

I don’t trust her either, but she likely knows that if there’s one thing that’ll fast-track her to a checkers game with Tom Foley, this is it.

the only good sign is that they are fighting amongst themselves. Plus they know this issue could sink em.

How drunk could you get if you had a shot every time BHO, Pelosi and Reid blame Bush / Cheney for everything?

Outside of the dig at the recent Republican president, that phrase is the stock line of those who dont want to pass new gun control laws, such as the National Rifle Association any American that values our Constitution and our Republic.

I agree. And we may not even find out about it until it’s already law.
That’s why I was at the gun store this morning at opening to pick up that AR-15 I’ve had my eye on. I was going to wait until next month, but I’m not sure it’ll be legal next month.

Believe her!!!? Hell NO!
She pulled this once before. Trying to remember what it was, but can’t right at this very angry moment.
She’s just affronted that her POWER of scheduling “HER HOUSE” is seemingly being broached by somebody else, and her ego is bruised. She’s reacting. They’ll all get together, do the kissy-face, and within hours she will schedule the vote.

That’s a good point.
I was 23 at the time and still kind of clueless politically.
The AWB ban (along with Waco and other Clinton-era abuses of power) really woke me up. Perhaps the Obama era will awaken a new generation of conservatives?
