I heard it on Bill Bennett’s radio program where I didn’t get the details but it sounded like he said $99 trillion. I guess it could have been $9 trillion. But the point was that there’s no way the US taxpayers could the pay the debt via taxes.

But the point was that there’s no way the US taxpayers could the pay the debt via taxes. The new way it will be done is: Your paycheck will be sent to the Government by wire transfer, and they will send you what they think you need.
The amount they send will come from expenditures
