I agree with you. Some cops are such a-holes that they make the good cops look bad. Most police reward good Samaritans, they've honored them and have given good Samaritans plaques at the PBA balls. Just look at how the civilians helped when the plane went down in the Hudson River. All civilians, arrived there within minutes helping out and rescuing the people on the aircraft and they were all rewarded and honored by NYC, the state, the PA and the Coast Guard.
They were NOT issued SUMMONSES like this jerk in Colorado did.
