You must both be smoking the Good Stuff. It'll sail through the House like AP through a vest rated for 9mm. In the Senate it might be close, but only because it will take 60 votes, unless no Republican has the cajones to filibuster it. But I think there will be enough RINOs, of which there are plenty in the Senate, voting for it, to more than offset any Blue Dog Democrats, of which there are not many in the Senate, who vote against it.
