Look, the easiest way to bring down the central government and restore state' rights is to cut off its financing. No, you don't need to break the law by becoming a tax rebel, withdraw from the credit system or partake in any other such nonsense.

It's all up to the Chinese - they stop buying our Ts, the central government fails. Stop. End of story. The cosmic poetic justice is that rather preside over an expanded gov't, Hussein is going to preside over a failed state. And for that we should all rejoice.
