If this ban requires registration, there’s going to be several million new felons with the stroke of a pen. That hasn’t happened before.

With the NFA, you could still register. Plus, there were plenty of Eastern Block weapons still flooding in, etc...

With the GCA, it went primarily after criminals. Removing their RKBA after conviction, etc...

With the Brady Bill, it had a sunset clause...
