BREAKING NEWS! Abortionist Tiller To Stand Trial
February 25th, 2009

Wichita, KS - Moments ago District Court Judge Clark V. Owens released his decision denying the motions filed by late-term abortionist George R. Tiller, which asked the judge to suppress evidence against him and dismiss the 19 pending criminal charges involving illegal late-term abortions.

Judge Owens addressed all the concerns that Tiller's attorneys brought up over six days of testimony, especially those alleging outrageous governmental conduct involving former Attorney General Phill Kline.

Judge Owens ruled:

While Phill Kline testified that he would like for all abortions to be outlawed, his investigations made no attempts to prevent lawful abortions from being performed in the State of Kansas. His procedures have certainly been questioned by the Kansas Supreme Court, but his conduct in the investigation does not merit the sanction of the dismissal of the charges or suppression of evidence.

The motion to dismiss or suppress is therefore denied.

"This decision brings us one step closer to justice," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman. "We continue to pray that true justice will be served on behalf of the innocent, viable babies wrongfully killed by Tiller."

God has plans for Satan. It is the LORD who will dispense justice for both them. As long as the evil Tiller lives he can exchange his unfathomably excruciating, eternal punishment for righteousness, providing he excepts the punishment that Christ took for him when He bled and died on the cross in his stead. Tiller, repenting from his unspeakably wicked past can by the measureless grace of God through the death of His Only Begotten Son still be saved. It is a truly amazing fact that God saves even the worst of us and that by His glorious and perfect standard we have all been exceedingly wicked.

Way ahead of you

So now we have nineteen counts against Tiller moving forward as opposed to how many counts by Phill that were dismissed? Face it, you just flat can't stand the fact that it look like AG Steve Six will manage to do what you buddy Phill was too inept to - put George Tiller out of business. Must be driving you up a wall.

You do Himmler a great disservice by associating him with that blood-thirsty lunatic.

I agree with every single thing you say... but tell me... do you really think he will ask for forgiveness... no one knows but the odds are against it... he does not believe in GOD.

NS: Since I don't live in Kansas, it doesn't phase me in the slightest that Steve Six (whoever he may be) will be in charge of jailing Killer Tiller and thereby stripping his medical license rather than Phill Kline. W/o Kline, it would not be happening at all. As Ronaldus Maximus said: It is amazing how much can be done when you don't care who gets the credit. I don't just want Killer Tiller out of business. He needs to lose his license and be jailed. If the honors were done by Janet Waco, who cares? So long as the job is done.

Given your history on these issues, you seem rather unlikely to be a pro-lifer even if you are playing one on the internet. Or did you just stay at the Holiday Inn last night???

You assume you know my feelings on abortion solely because of my lack of respect for your boy Phill Kline. Not at all surprising.

Steve Six is the attorney general. He was Morrison's replacement.
