Binyam Mohamed is the 14th man to be deported to Britain from Guantanamo.
The men are a mixture of British citizens and so-called 'British residents' - meaning they have spent time here but their status is either not permanent or unclear. They are:
Omar Deghayes, 39
British resident, granted refugee status from Libya in 1980s. Arrested in 2002 in Afghanistan after supposedly appearing on jihadi internet video for Islamic struggle against Russia in Chechnya.
His lawyers say it was someone else. Returned from Guantanamo December 2007.
In early 2008 re-arrested in Brighton on Spanish extradition warrant linked to 2004 Madrid bomb attack but the request was dropped. Suing the British Security Service for alleged complicity in his illegal treatment.
