I’m not a “you people”. I’m not shoving anything anywhere. I simply do not like Republicans beating on other Republicans. The frigging Democrats have plenty for us to beat on them about.
Well, when the Republicans are flaming leftists, we have to step up and complain. And when they are flaming leftists who pretend to be ‘conservative’ just to run for president, then those complaints need to be loud.
If Hillary switched over to the Republican party would we support her and her policies? Would we believe that she had changed her positions on every issue that she had passionately advocated for her entire career? The idea is laughable.
Romney is no different. His father was a liberal Republican. His mother was a liberal Republican. He ran for the Senate as a liberal Republican. He ran for governor as a liberal Republican. Once elected, he was a liberal Republican until he started running for 2008, at which point, he put on a laughable ‘conservative’ veneer.
Supporting Romney is no different than the idiots who thought Obama would ‘govern from the center’. It’s foolish.
Amen.
When “you people” is used I stop the conversation. It is verbiage of the left and meant to aggitate the situation and devalue someone’s point. Last time it was used against me was in an abortion debate, my pro-choice friend told me “you people are always trying to shove your morals down others throats.” Hmmm, very curious.
