It would have been a slamdunk if Palin had given the response to Zero. I agree with you completely. Starve off the media. We don’t need ‘em. Also don’t RELY on lib infested Youtube, but use it to spread the word. She should feature video responses to pressing issues on her SarahPAC website, directly speaking to the audience.
If Palin had given the same speech Jindal gave then she would have bombed just as badly. People are looking for solutions and Obama talks about giving them. Oh sure, it may wind up being more smoke and mirrors than anything else, but when people are worried about the markets tanking and their 401ks dropping, when the news talks about major banks failing, and when dropping home prices and defaulting mortgates are on all the front pages they want to hear someone at least talking about dealing with them. Jindal touched on none of them in his speech. If you're going to get into a battle of ideas then let's be more specific on ours.
