We still haven’t learned from the Obama ‘08 experience, much less from Reagan’s term. Charisma, presence, the ability to communicate matters greatly. This is really quite pathetic.
“Weak” is the right word. He seems like a nice guy, obviously bright and optimistic, and Lord knows we need a lot of those qualities. But what we really need right now is a leader, one who speaks not only with honesty but with passion and commitment. Sorry to say, I didn’t see that from Mr. Jindal tonight.
