I don’t think makeup techniques could take away the way she looked that had nothing to do with attitude. It was facial feagures. If makeup technique could fix that, then there is no longer need for plastic surgery;/
As for bare arms, these people have no idea of ettiquete or respect. They are like a bunch of dogs in the street.
