My daughter has had a job for less than a year, no credit history, just got a car loan with an excellent rate in 1/2 day. No co-signer (I told her upfront it wasn't an option)no nothing. Just drove off with a shiny car. Now, she is a very responsible young adult, or I would have strongly opposed it. I'm just saying it ain't that hard to do.
Anyone with over a 700 credit score can get a 4.75% refinance at several banks around here.
