Well, Jindal definitely does not have to charisma with the camera of a Sarah Palin... sorry to the Palin haters, but she would be much more natural than he is coming across.
Not sure where all the enthusiasm is coming from for Jindal.
Speechwise, content is sappy. Delivery is distinctly Toastmasters. Voice quality is cartoonish. Not telegenic.
