Could you imagine if the Islamo-nazis tried a Mumbai attack in say Houston or Dallas? The Islamists would be outgunned by citizens. You would have hundreds of guys in pickups showing up looking for some payback.

This is why every adult American citizen (who isn’t a felonI have no problem with a felon who committed a non-violent crime, and who has served his time (all jail time, probation, and parole), getting all his rights back automatically upon completion of said sentence, probation, or parole.
