The Daily News endorsed President Bush's re-election in 2004 and was consistently supportive of his foreign/defense policies and actions. Their editorials are always staunchly pro-Israel.

The paper is fairly liberal on social & domestic issues, but pretty consistently on the right side of things when it comes to the wars, national defense, calling Islamofascism what it is, etc.

They also publish Charles Krauthammer's columns on a regular basis (weekly, I think), as well as a variety of views from both left and right.

I confess I don't follow the Daily News much at all, but I'd be confident that they were gloating about "Osama" Obama throughout the last presidential campaign (after he had beaten out HRC for the Dem nomination) and endorsed him.

Zuckerman is known to be a good pal of the Clintons and was a guest at BJ's White House. I can recall that shortly after he bought the rag (that would be in 1994), the late Mike McAlary did a front page story there loaded with disinformation concerning the Vince Foster homicide case. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out the agenda behind it.
