If the government doesn't use common sense and protect the productive citizen, then the productive citizen has no alternative but to bankrupt the government. The productive citizen is up against bureaucrats, unionists, welfare dependents, and liberal pickpockets. If you can't vote them out, create anarchy in the courts.
