Evidently we are one of only 5 states with serious mortgage foreclosure problems, along with CA, NV, FL, and MI. Is it coincidence that these 5 states also have high illegal alien populations?
i’ve seen precious few articles, always with the teary-eye spin, that mentions the many illegals that bought houses with little or no money down.
i rent. i can’t afford a house. even when i wasn’t laid off, i still would never had bought.
the job market in the valley could not sustain those prices levels it was ridiculous.
now we are all paying for being responsible citizens.
