Where does that oath say that I will obey an ‘unproven’ President? Or that I will obey a ‘usurper’ to the Presidency? You’re making the presumption that Obama is a legal President, which he has never proven to be, yet.

Until Obama proves he’s qualified this Lt. has every right to legal clarification as to Obama’s qualifications to BE in the oval office before obeying any of his orders.

I’m personally praying there will be 100,000 more men courageous enough to step forward like this man has.
