Hispanics equal about 13% of the US population but 40% of the foreclosures.That doesn't make the 40% all illegals. Many "hispanics" are citizens. However, the overall number makes sense, since the lenders were being pushed specifically to give loans to unqualified *minorities,* not white people.

40+% in CA, 29% in AZ, 39% in NV, I think, and I don’t remember the other figures that Rush quoted in today’s story about this. 5 states have the lion’s share of foreclosures: AZ, CA, NV, MI, and FL.
The national average on foreclosures is right at 4%.
