Not a chance. Look for the Feds to crack down harder than ever ... nothing represents the mailed fist of raw government power more than the War on Drugs. On the contrary, Obama has told the narcs to slack off on those using it medicinally....hungry as he is for tax $$ to roll in, he will look the other way.....there aren't enough feds to handle the marijuana sales in Berkley, let alone the entire state.
