Well, hopefully only until their hero makes it impossible for them to find decent jobs, earn a living wage, buy a nice home, and furnish it. Then he takes away some of their freedoms, and forces them to ‘volunteer’ for the state. Then, maybe, they’ll stop laughing and start taking their citizenship more seriously. It’s easy to be a liberal when your parents are paying the bills and you have no responsibility.
By the way Carol went to Harvard and knew Obama when he was head of the Law Review. During her stint Friday on Hewitt’s program she said (paraphrased), “I didn’t think during the campaign it was appropriate to let the American people know about the Barack Obama I knew at Harvard and how he did his job as editor of the Law Review and what political leanings he had at the time.”
Well Carol, there are millions of Americans with buyers’ remorse right now. It would have been great to have known what you know about Obama before entering the voting booth.
