Jindal has been impressive, but as POTUS he is not qualified as a natural born citizen. He may be a citizen but not a natural born citizen.

Even if you believe he is qualified, you risk division among conservatives because many will not believe him constitutionally qualified. Don’t go this route.

I like him a great deal but I would never vote for him.

Jindal was born here.... Piyush Jindal (pronounced /ˈdʒɪndəl/) was born on June 10, 1971 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Punjabi Indian immigrants Amar and Raj Jindal, who had recently arrived for Amar to attend graduate school at Louisiana State University.[1] His father, Amar, left India and his ancestral family village of Khanpura in 1970.[2] His mother, Raj, is an information technology director for the Louisiana Department of Labor.[3] According to family lore, Jindal chose to re-name himself "Bobby" inspired by the sitcom character Bobby Brady after watching The Brady Bunch television series at age four. He has been known by his adopted nickname ever since—as a civil servant, politician, student, and writer—though legally his name remains Piyush Jindal.[4] Jindal was born and raised a Hindu, but converted to Catholicism in high school.[5] As conveyed by Louisiana political writer John Maginnis, Jindal has also offered his religious testimony before Baptist and Pentecostal congregations.[6] He attended public school at Baton Rouge Magnet High School. Following high school, Jindal attended Brown University, graduating with honors in biology and public policy.[7] Although he had thought of a career in medicine or law and was accepted by Harvard Medical School[citation needed] and Yale Law School[citation needed], he chose to pursue a political career. He received a master's degree in political science from New College, Oxford, as a Rhodes Scholar. After Oxford, he joined McKinsey & Company, a consulting firm, where he advised Fortune 500 companies. In 1996 Jindal married Supriya Jolly (born 1972). The couple have three children: Selia Elizabeth, Shaan Robert, and Slade Ryan. From Wikipedia entry, Bobby Jindal

With all due respect, that's an absurd notion with no basis in fact.

I'm familiar with the argument, thank you. But there is no court in the nation that would uphold it. Nor would any reasonable person remotely familiar with the citizenship laws.

Please, you're smart enough to recognize the assertion is a red herring.

What are you talking about, he was born in the United States by naturalized citizen parents, he does qualify under Title 8 of the immigration/citizenship code as well as all stretch translations and opinions of the US Constitution. The only place that is pushing this is DU where they are trying to make some connection to Bambi's issue.

You need to do some research. Here's a wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bobby_jindal :-)

Governor Jindal was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, unless that state has seceded from the union and the papers didn't cover it?

Palin/Jindal or Jindal/Palin 2012!! Win/win situation either way!
