Tell me, where does Sandra Lines say exactly that the COLB is a forgery using 2007 graphic elements?

Answer: She doesn't. She's never even said anything was a forgery. All she has said has been that which is already obvious. That a graphic image of a paper document cannot be used to determine the authenticity of the document it purports to represent. To do that, you must examine the paper document itself.
