“Alan Keyes is not nuts. With this article he is dead on point. Period.”

Agreed...not sure why he’s been vilified so to speak around here. He’s a brilliant mind, understands the Constitution better than anyone I know and is passionate. That passion can be read wrong. He has fire in his belly that NOT ONE CONGRESS CRITTER or SENATOR has!

Just received as an email blast from a fellow supporter:

Subj: Dr. Keyes is right. If we do not legally stop BO then the USA will cease to exist. Herewith is a Legal Strategy for legally removing BO from POTUS

A 3 Branched Legal Strategy including the following:

1) Military Cases filed in the Federal Courts, including SCOTUS upon Original Jurisdiction. It is a mistake to included Politicians in the Military Cases because it makes the case POLITICAL and there are 206 years of precedents wherein SCOTUS has ruled that the Court will NOT hear Political cases.

2) Presentations of criminal information involving BO to County Grand Juries in Republican Counties throughout the US. Any citizen has a right to bring criminal information to a Grand Jury. You don't have to be a lawyer. However, we lawyers, could assist other citizens in bringing criminal information to Grand Juries.

3) Cases involving State Officials filed in State Courts in Republican Counties throughout the US. State Court is the proper forum for bringing cases involving State Officials. Republican Counties are the best venues.

Sosa v. Alvarez-Machain, 124 S.Ct. 2739, 542 U.S. 692, 159 L.Ed.2d 718 (U.S. 06/29/2004), a case on Original Jurisdiction in SCOTUS.

“...despite considerable scholarly attention, it is fair to say that a consensus understanding of what Congress intended has proven elusive.”

Considering the great attention to the language and the Law of Nations, IMHO it is safe to say that if the Authors of our Constitution had intended to limit the meaning of “Ambassadors” to “foreign” ambassadors they would have inserted the word “foreign” as an adjective to “ambassadors” in the Constitution in the same manner in which they carefully inserted the words “Natural Born” as adjective to “Citizen” in defining the qualifications for POTUS.

Best Regards, LH
