Relax, guys. The tax will be implemented only if these businesses EXCEED a certain amount of gases.

The tax will be implemented only if these businesses EXCEED a certain amount of gases. I take it you haven't checked out the level at which the tax kicks in?

You got a lot to learn

Relax, guys. The tax will be implemented only if these businesses EXCEED a certain amount of gases. If it's supposed to raise $300,000,000,000 the exceedance level can't be very high. Besides, who will accurately measure the emissions? The same geniuses who placed temperature sensors on asphalt roofs next to the A/C units, and then screamed about catastrophic warming?
P.S. - why are banned / suspended accounts still allowed to post here?

Those who will be counting the votes will also be measuring the greenhouse gas emissions.

Obama has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by
80 percent by 2050, with a growing population. So imagine a world with more people and technology than today, only allowed to put out
20 percent of the greenhouse gases we are emitting today.
Just how much do you think it will take to be "taxed" under Obama? Will the remaining US manufacturing companies please turn out the lights as you leave, thank you.
