There is no evidence any time any where in any form that he was born in the United States or that he is even a U S Citizen. On the other hand, there is abundant evidence that he was in fact born in Kenya.

He just isn't President of the United States because the Constitution says so.

Reason we haven't reached this issue is because some overriding powers are precluding the organs of public information from addressing the facts; because the legal system is under control and so far has not been forced to consider the issue.
