Do you really think the huge deficits run up by Reagan and Bush were such an improvement, not to mention the shift to blind deregualtion that let those Wall Street fat cats destroy the entire world’s economy. I don’t know if O will do better, but I doubt he will do worse even if he is secretly trying. As you can see deliberately trying to do something “good” has been disasterous, perhaps deliberately trying to do bad might have the opposite effect.
