Also, watch out for the immigrantification of the US Armed Forces. Remember, Obama wants to reduce the military by at least 10% (I'm seeing "political persuasion" as a factor in deciding who gets cashiered), AND he has floated the idea of giving citizenship to foreign nationals who serve in the military, after six months. Can't think of a better way to build up a force which could care less about American values and the Constitution, and which will be beholden to Obama more or less personally.
Some years ago, there was an article posted to FR about the National Guard having “too many” white men as officers, and that some were being “encouraged to retire” to increase the percentage of minorities and women officers. IIRC, this was either in the very last year of the WJC regime, or the first year or two of GWB’s...It was quite awhile back. Many very angry replies on that thread-THAT I can recall clearly!
