EL PASO, Texas — U.S. Border Patrol agents shot a man described as a suspected drug smuggler in the New Mexico desert Thursday night, federal officials said Friday.

Oh-oh! Sounds like 2 more Border pPtrol agents are headed to jail! And, no pardons!
These two agents will get sent to Colorado Super Max for life.
Guess they will ticket the border agent that got run over with jaywalking and the other for shooting at a Mexican drug runner.
Yep, it will be Ramos and Campean (sp?) all over again.
Didn’t these border patrol agents get the memo? You can’t use force against those violating our border. It’s ok for the drug runner/coyote people smugglers to use deadly force, but our agents aren’t allowed to respond.
This can't be true.
I know that US Attorney Johnny Sutton could get this smuggler on the witness stand and that he will swear on the Bible that be never, never, used a pickup truck to smuggle drugs into the US.
Get these lying Border agents in jail as soon as possible and for as long as possible. Especially the one under the truck faking it.

Most likely negotiations are ongoing with the drug smuggler regarding his "civil rights" and transcripts are being made at this moment detailing the horror he went through attempting to push his drugs straight through when these border patrol agents attempted to detain him. Johnny Sutton is no doubt working out the details of the large payoff and green card the drug runner will get for turning in those who dared stop illegal drugs from entering the USA.
God bless our border patrol agents and keep them safe from the drug cartels, drug runners, murderous gang members, pedophiles, perverts and multi-time deported and re-entered criminals our nation willfully permits entry.
Perhaps it's pharmaceutical drugs that US citizens fail to disclose upon their return from Canada that are considered by the feds as REAL contraband - gotta protect the interests of big pharma over drug runners from Mexico - or so it seems)? Sarc.

Mexico collapses under the pressure of narco-thugs. Thousands of innocent Mexicans head north to cross our border.
The Feds won’t step in but I guarantee you that the ntl guard in TX would.
With Obama in charge this border agent will get the death penalty.
That has always been my theory regarding GW’s border policy. Shut the border, send all illegals back home, in effect cutting off mexico’s #1 source of income(remittances) and increasing their social service expenditure by 10x, the country would implode into anarchy. Millions would rush north and millions here would rush to the border to help their relatives. The S would HTF.
If Obama has his way the agents will be sentenced to death and the smuggler will be given their homes.
Want to stop the remittances?
Make it illegal to mail money orders to Mexico.
OR tax them at say, 40%.
