There in language in Porkulus allowing the state legislatures to override those pesky governors.. I believe they have 45 days, and its a simple majorityI've heard this, too.
Can anyone speak to the constitutionality of the Feds doing an end run around the state governors, while dictating the terms of how state legislatures should do this? This seems like an instant Supreme Court case.
