Just go to the Ohio State Board and a dialogue box will open at the top and you can put a message in there.

It doesn't do HMTL, so you have to double space for paragraphs, etc.

You can put links in by just cutting and pasting

Thanks! I got to the board via a link on this thread and there was no dialogue box. I changed my flag and got there that way and lo and behold...a dialogue box! LOL!

Headed there now.
