To: Errant

**The constitution allows the states to call a constitutional convention any time they like.**

The ONLY WAY I’d go for that, would be: The Convention, itself, may have NO CURRENT OR FORMER MEMBER of any LEGISLATIVE BODY, State or Federal, as they have an inherent Conflict of INTEREST.

I would agree that there would need to be going in rules with specific issues worked out in advance among each of the “Red” States Legislatures and Governors... ;-)
