I did find one thing dis hearting in that 3/4ths of the States would be needed to ratify. Only 2/3rds needed to call.

Perhaps as things deteriorate and reality sets in more states will go from "blue" to "red"? Didn't someone once say "prudence is the better part of valor" or something...

Thirty-Three states would be needed to call a convention and Thirty-Eight states are needed to ratify an amendment repealing the 16th amendment.

No more than twelve holdouts allowed - kinda Biblical...
