I’m sure the GPS would be pinged periodically to verify signal integrity. TF blockage would result in an immediate visit from compliance officers.

Hey, no worry! The chinks and russkis will crash our GPS sats anyway.

The mileage fee reminds me of our Governor ann richards, who “fee’d” every thing imaginable in Texas, but the ho didn't raise taxes..
