Don't know...but when a naval combatant vessel takes you into custody...probably best not to try and escape unless you have some serious Q-ship capabalities.

That they tried, under the circumstances, says that they were most probably doing something the Russians took pretty strong offense to and knew it.

Not saying that's right or wrong...because we do not know what they had on board...just saying that its reality.

My guess is lead painted toys and seafood that they couldn’t sell in America.
