Last time I checked, there were a lot of black dorms on college campuses.

I think I will invite the section 8 neighbors over for a cookout next weekend. Then I will take the opportunity to explain to them about the benefits of keeping your property clean as to not let the value of everyone else property head southwards. Also it helps to keep the garbage in the big green plastic container with a cover so it does not attract animals who have a tendency to rip open garbage bags and distribute the contents around the neighborhood. Also it would be nice to attempt to mow your lawn at least once a summer. Diversity it's a beautiful thing!
