Great list. I for one do not know what a PAC is or a 527. Need to brush up on those terms prior to discussing. Also fighting the Fascist (UN)Fairnesss Doctrine for me is one of the most pressing (there are a lot of pressing issues right now including insuring there are no new forthcoming laws, but the FD feels like it is something very tangible RIGHT NOW.)

I just moved to Santa Barbara and am not involved in the local GOP as of yet, but I do know they have the Young Peoples' conservative group here tied to the Reagan Ranch as well as a Lincoln club (in addition to the regular GOP), and a women's Republican group. I am wondering if there is a way to build off of some of these groups or in spite of them--meaning shall we build from the ground up or to use existing resources in which to build or both?

Maybe we need to put together a mission statement first so as to 'recruit' or be able to present a mission statement and then clearly defined objectives that tie in. You have already outline some good ones Jim such as the stopping the FD (I include in ANY of its forms) as well as planning ahead to side step any anticipated shutting down of speech.
