No he isn’t. He is just looking at ways to cut down Social Security spending. No Senior, No checks. Then his Auntie in Boston (or where ever) can get the extra entitlement checks.

If we set still like the lambs awaiting slaughter then the government under the BO administration will win. The public has to raze hell about it, or it will happen in spite of the The Constitution. Our country is not ready for a Dear Leader yet.
