Hey, I didn't vote for the jerks! South Dakotans are weird...many voted for Herseht-Sandlin "because she is pretty"! I SO NOT KIDDING! I think they voted Johnson back in because of pity!
Totally logical, decent, politically sound, fact-based voting decisions. (SARC)

Byron Dorgan was the U.S. Rep from North Dakota begining in 1981 to 1992 - becoming a U.S. Senator in 1992. He wasn’t much good back then, and hasn’t changed much since (I lived in North Dakota from 1978 to 1983). My wife’s family is from Minot. They don’t much care for the man. I’m not sure how he manages to be reelected.
