Sounds like good news. They dumped Cogdill because he was willing to consider tax increases.

I'm glad he was dumped. He was not only willing, he was EAGER to push through huge tax increases that would hit the average California family to the tune of $1400 a year, as they struggle to stay afloat in this deep recession.

They also dumped him because he was willing to have secrete meetings with the Dems and leaving the Republican caucus in the dark and out of the loop.
