Sure it was. All the teenagers were screwing each other from 7th grade on. I waited until I was 19. Half of my school would be registered sex offenders now for messing around with their sophomore girlfriends when they were seniors.

I graduated HS in 1982 and one of my classmates was 16 and boinking an English teacher whom he married after graduation. And the "God Squad" of popular kids was infamous for all sorts of promiscuity and etc. Hell, half of MY class would be sex offenders these days.

Jack goes quail hunting before school and then pulls into the school parking lot with his shotgun in his truck’s gun rack.

1959 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack’s shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack.

2009 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers.
